We have now commenced the programme of improvement works at Paddington Recreation Ground, which will provide a range of new and upgraded facilities in-line with our ActiveWestminster strategy.
As part of the programme of improvement works, we need to temporarily close the Athletics Track, in part or full to the public. We will communicate any temporary closures, with as much notice as possible.
These temporary closures are to facilitate some of the improvement works to be carried out safely.
The current planned temporary closures are on the following times:
- Wednesday 13 May 7:30am – 4:30pm
- Thursday 14 May 7:30am – 4:30pm
- Friday 15 May 7:30am – 4:30pm
Where a partial closure is in place, the remainder of the Athletics Track will be open for continued public use.
