Synthetic Tennis Courts Rejuvenation Works

Rejuvenation works to synthetic tennis courts at Paddington Recreation Ground are due to commence from Monday 15th June and are scheduled to be complete by Friday 26th June.

These works are being carried out to restore the quality and feel of the surface underfoot, giving the synthetic tennis courts a renewed lease of life, whilst enhancing the overall playing experience for all that use the courts.

During the works, the synthetic tennis courts will be temporarily closed, however, our tarmac tennis courts can be booked online or via the Everyone Active app. Other facilities will remain open to the public in-line with government guidance.

If you’re going outside to get or stay active, please:

  • Limit your contact with others
  • Keep your distance (stay 2 metres apart from anyone outside of your household)
  • Travel by foot or by bike
  • Do not use public transport
  • Do not gather in groups of more than 2 people, excluding members of your household
  • Wash your hands for 20 seconds when you get home
