In this month’s newsletter, we’ve put together the usual ensemble of the latest funding, volunteering and ActiveWestminster Mark news, as well as information on courses and resources and sector related announcements.

To kick off, we’re starting with a featured post about two recently launched public consultations.

Featured Update: ActiveWestminster Launch Digital Consultations

On Monday 15th June, ActiveWestminster launched two digital consultations for a proposed new ‘CycloPlay’ facility and refurbished Dog Exercise Area at Paddington Recreation Ground.

Both consultations are the first to be administered primarily online and have so far had an excellent response rate.

Nevertheless,  our Relationship Officer – Insight, Laura Quayle, who lead the development of the digital consultations is keen to get as many diverse responses as possible, “We have had an excellent response from our first all-digital public consultations. The CycloPlay public consultation has received fantastic feedback. If you want to have your say and have your opinions heard, the consultations are open for another 2 weeks”.

Have your say by completing the Dog Exercise Area consultation or the CycloPlay consultation online, or request a paper consultation.

Both consultations will close at midnight on Monday 13th July 2020.
