Disabled people are entitled to discounts and free swimming at Westminster leisure centres with an Active Westminster Card.
The paralympic and multi-sport sessions are delivered by two qualified coaches providing people aged 11 to 25 with disabilities the opportunity to get involved in a variety of sports and physical activities.
The club provides swimming lessons for people aged 11 and over with physical and learning disabilities, and varying swimming abilities. The sessions take place at Queen Mother Sports Centre on Monday evenings from 7.45pm-9pm.

QPR in the Community Trust delivers pan-disability football sessions in partnership with Westminster City Council and GLL. Sessions are open to all ages, abilities and disabilities, and take place every Thursday from 5pm-6pm at Paddington Recreation Ground.
