Dance Westminster gives people the opportunity to attend one of three free workshops where they can experience an inclusive, engaging dance class and learn a dance routine.

How it works?

1. You must register to attend one of the free Dance Workshops (dates below) and take part in the audition at the end of the workshop where finalists get selected from each of the workshops.
2. Finalists then will practice their chosen choreography with their dance partner from Step Change Studio.
3. Finalists are then invited to perform and the Dance Westminster 2024 Champion will be crowned as well as the People’s Choice Champion chosen by the Audience.
4. Everyone can then book a free ticket for the Grand Final on Tuesday 15th October at Porchester Hall to not miss a heart-moving and inspiring event. Spaces limited, please ensure you reserve your space in advance.

The first workshop for older disabled people over the age of 50 already took place on the 30th August and it was a blast.

These are still two workshops to choose from:

• 13th SEPTEMBER (10am – 11.30pm) Queen Elizabeth 2 Jubilee School, Kennet Rd, W9 3LG. This session is for disabled children and young people ages 11-17.
• 18th SEPTEMBER (10.30am – 12.30pm) Everyone Active Studio, Paddington Recreation Ground. This session is for young people & adults 18+.
