As part of our commitment to activate your city, lives and neighbourhood, we’ve partnered with local physical activity, health and wellbeing service providers to help you take those first steps towards living a better lifestyle and stay on top of your health needs.

Whether you want to lose weight, get fit, improve your mental health, or meet new people there is support out there for you. Responses from our Active Communities survey has shown that for the people who live and work in Westminster, prioritising physical health and wellbeing can be difficult and sometimes overwhelming.

That’s why we have compiled a list of support services to guide you towards your goals and be a better version of yourself.

Couch to 5k

Couch to 5k is a running plan for beginners. The Couch to 5K app gives you a choice of coaches and helps you track your progress.

Gloji is a 12-week, fully funded digital weight loss programme you can do anywhere, anytime from your mobile phone or computer. 

The programme includes an activity log and weight tracking as well as tips, guides and articles picked just for you.

Westminster is offering free healthy lifestyle programmes to get you back into shape or just be active. The programmes include free weight loss, exercise, stop smoking and 1-to-1 health programmes. It is all about small, sustainable changes that will improve your health and wellbeing and help you live a longer, happier life.

Jogging Buddy

Achieve your goals and get more from running with a running partner via Jogging Buddy.

No matter your location, whether it be Westminster, London, somewhere else nationally or abroad, find a training partner to get you motivated.

Couch to Fitness

Now you can get active from your own home with Couch to Fitness, an at-home exercise plan for beginners by Our Parks.

The plan involves three video sessions a week, with rest days in between, and a different schedule each week for nine weeks.
