Thank you for your interest in attending the BoxFit sessions offered to all staff members of Westminster City Council. BoxFit is facilitated by the Sport, Leisure & Active Communities (SL&AC) team and London Sport. The weekly sessions are free to attend and held virtually, on Mondays 12:30 – 13:15, via Microsoft Teams.

When registering, we’ll ask you some data monitoring questions to help provide an accessible service and for us to continuously improve our offerings.
