London Youth Games (LYG)

The London Youth Games is Europe’s largest youth sports festival. Competitions take place across 30 different sports over nine months, starting with Cross Country in November and finishing with a finals weekend in July.

Westminster finished in 22nd place this year out of 33 London boroughs with a total of 871 points. This year’s results and final positioning are our best for over 10 years, resulting in Westminster winning the ‘Most Improved Borough Champions 2016’ trophy.
