ActiveWestminster Awards Winners of 2022

The Awards night took place last Friday 18 November.
Thank you everyone who attended, you made it a very special evening, full of excitement and emotion.
 
The winners of the 2022 Active Westminster Awards are:
  • Inclusive Award: Sport for Confidence 
  • Rewarding and Celebrating Diversity Award: Hurdles2Hoops
  • Change4Life Westminster Award: Sandra Da Costa
  • OneYou Westminster Award: Open Age (Mr Russell John) 
  • Active Place or Space Award: The Porchester Centre, Spa and Hall 
  • PE and School Sports Award: St Edward’s Catholic Primary School 
  • Young Sports Personality: Edward Whittles
  • Sports Personality of The Year Award: Niloufar Rezaei
  • The Lord Mayor’s Unsung Hero Award, in memory of Mariam Sabir: Aya Kassam
  • Lifetime Achievement Award: Jackie Rosenberg
Congratulations also to our own Angela Emanuel-Car for winning the Special Staff Award for her continued and outstanding contribution to schools’ sports❤🎉.
