Champions of the Future Welcome Form

In recent years, Westminster young people have struggled to maintain and have access healthy lifestyles. As part of ActiveWestminster’s initiatives, we kindly request athletes receiving Champions of the Future scheme benefits to lend their support in promoting physical activity among Westminster’s young people and encourage more young people to be active. We have a proposed list of activities (below) aimed at addressing these challenges and ask you to select two activities that you are willing to commit to between now and the next application window. The activities would typically require approximately one hour per visit. We will ensure minimal interference with your training and personal development when identifying opportunities.
