The council wants to work with you to create a more active community by removing prohibitive play signages. The aim of the pilot scheme is to encourage more people to use the space available to be more active.
We're planning to transform the underused bowling green at Paddington Recreation Ground into a community allotment garden. A place where local residents, schools, care homes, and community groups can grow fruits, vegetables, and plants and can all benefit from healthy living, learning, and sustainability.
Play Streets provide priority for children and families to enable them to play in the designated streets. A Play Street is open to all, regardless of where they live. Read about the proposals and have your say on the dedicated Commonplace site.
