Free Open Age Bowls Monday Club - give it a try!
Do you want to do some gentle exercise but not sure what?
Regular physical activity like bowls can improve cardiovascular health, muscle strength, and flexibility, promoting overall physical wellbeing

So why don’t give bowling a try. The Open Age club offers free sessions to older people every Monday, 10am to lunchtime.
No booking required, just pop in at Paddington Sports Club in Castellain Road, Maida Vale W9 1HQ and
love Mondays!
And if Mondays doesn’t suit you, you can also try Barefoot Bowls every first Friday of the month with a 6.30pm start.
