Westminster’s planning committee has passed a planning application and Listed Building Consent application for the refurbishment of the historic Seymour Centre in Marylebone on 11th July.  

 

The refurbishment work includes new and enhanced facilities including an open plan gym, refurbished swimming pool, contemporary library, café, children’s soft play area, and upgraded climbing wall, all whilst maintaining the buildings art deco features.

 

Central to the plans is also accessibility throughout and a reduction in carbon emissions. We want to thank all groups and residents who took the time to input into and inform the plans.
