Boost Your Wellbeing With Free Community Workshops Across Westminster

Our Westminster Mental Health Outreach Service is offering a range of friendly wellbeing workshops for local residents 18+. 

These sessions are designed to help look after your mental and emotional wellbeing, connect with others and build healthy habits – all in a relaxed, welcoming environment. No booking required, and all session are completely FREE of charge.

Support designed with you in mind

Our sessions take a holistic approach to wellbeing, supporting mental, emotional and physical health through mindfulness, nutrition and connect. 

Mindfullness: Take time to pause, breathe and reset with guided mindfulness sessions.

  • In Person: Tuesdays, 1:00 – 2:00pm at 4 Frampton Street, NW8 8LF
  • Online: Wednesdays, 3:30 – 4:30pm
Nourish and Thrive: A nutrition-focused wellbeing session exploring how food can support your mental and physical health. 
  • Wednesdays, 11:30 – 12:30am at 4 Lilestone Street, NW8 8SU
Talk it Out: Enjoy a relaxed peer support session over coffee, with space to chat, share and connect.
  • Fornightly every Friday, 12:00 – 1:00pm at Victoria Library – next session this Friday 23rd
Whether you decide to one or all three, these workshops offer a great opportunity to meet new people, learn practical wellbeing skills and feel more connected within the local community.
