We’re delighted to announce the launch of a new Women’s Dance Fit class at Jubilee Community Centre, created to support women navigating the changes of pre-menopause while welcoming all women who want to move, connect and have fun.
Dance is a fantastic form of excercise that improves cardiovascular fitness, mobility, balance and muscle strength. For women experiencing menopause, regular physical activity can help manage stress, boost energy levels, improve sleep and support overall wellbeing.
The class also focused on the power of connection. Dancing together in a relaxed group settingcan lift mood, build confidence and create valuable bonds within the local community.
