Your Active Neighbourhood Schedule

Westminster Council wants to encourage and empower individuals, groups and communities to lead active, healthy and happy lives. We are offering FREE physical activity sessions in a selection of neighbourhoods and plan to  include more neighbourhoods gradually.

We currently have three locations providing a variety of  exciting physical activity sessions for everyone. Click on the tab below to see the list of activities taking place in that area.

Coming to the Maida Hill Market area soon…

  • Bicycle maintenance workshop by Dr Bike (Dates to be announced soon).
  • A new female only cycling group to set off from the market led by Joyriders (Dates and routes will be confirmed soon).
  • Additional Active Travel offer to swing by the market includes the cycle connect scheme by Bikeworks who plan to offer pick ups and drop offs at the market in the coming months.
  • Meet at the market to join Everyone Active on a wellbeing walk in and around Maida Hill (Details will be confirmed soon).
  • Fridays at the market will become a Play Street area with multi-sport activities run by SportWestminster (Details to be confirmed).
