Making Every Contact Count

This 2-hour session is designed to equip you with practical skills and essential knowledge to confidently encourage positive health behaviour change in your role. By the end, you will understand MECC and its role in promoting healthier lifestyle choices through everyday interactions, and recognise common barriers to health conversations. You will also apply practical strategies and behaviour change techniques effectively, and confidently signpost individuals to relevant services across Westminster and Kensington & Chelsea.

First Aid Course

This one-day training course provides essential skills and knowledge to help individuals respond effectively to first aid emergencies in the workplace. The Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) certification is typically the minimum standard required for first aiders in low-risk work environments.

Safeguarding & Protecting Children Workshop

This interactive, face-to-face workshop will help you recognise and respond to concerns that a child may be experiencing, or be at risk of, harm, neglect, or abuse. You will learn how to take an individualised approach to coaching that puts each child or young person at the heart of every session.
