We’re excited to announce the launch of our exciting new FREE walking footballl programme for older adults aged 50+, combining fitness, friendship and fun every Thursday at Paddington Recreation Ground.

Westminster residents aged 50+ now have the perfect opportunity to stay active, make friends and rediscover their love of football, all for FREE. Join QPR Community Trust, this and every Thursday for weekly walking football sessions at Paddington Recreation Ground, 5:00 – 6:00 pm.

Whether you’re a complete beginner or getting back into a beautiful game, everyone’s welcome in a supportive, low pressure environment.
