Move, jump and leap your way into Sundays.

Jump, balance, climb and explore in a welcoming family parkour class designed to get everyone moving. Families can take on new challenges side by side, encourage one another and enjoy quality time away from everyday routines.

Whether you are completely new to parkour or ready to try your next move, the session offers an exciting way to be active, have fun and learn together.

More than movement

Parkour is a creative, whole-body activity that can help develop balance, co-ordination, strength and agility. Learning new movements step by step can also build confidence, resilience and problem-solving skills.

Being active together makes the experience even more rewarding. It gives families a chance to connect, celebrate progress and create positive habits around physical activity. Regular movement can support health and fitness while helping to boost mood, energy and self-esteem.
