SFC Connect and ActiveWestminster Partnership

Support to help you take part in the things that matter to you

SfC Connect is run by Sport for Confidence (SFC), ActiveWestminster (as part of Westminster City Council) and Everyone Active. It aims to make support easier to access in friendly community spaces.

Referrals are now open, with the service launching in August 2026.

A personal approach to wellbeing and taking part

SfC Connect is shaped around each person.

The service looks at the whole person, not just physical activity and the Occupational Therapists will create a plan to help you:

  • feel more confident
  • become more independent
  • overcome barriers
  • find suitable activities
  • connect with local support
  • meet new people
  • take part in what matters to you

Understanding what matters to you

Everyone is different, and the barriers to joining in are not always obvious.

You may be living with a health condition or disability, feeling anxious, lacking confidence, feeling lonely or going through a big life change.

The aim is to help you build confidence, choice and independence in everyday life.

Support close to home

SfC Connect will be based in three Westminster Leisure Centres, so Westminster residents can get support near where they live.

The service will run from:
