By participating in the Unity in the Community Tournament (the "UITC"), individual and team players give consent to ActiveWestminster on behalf of Westminster City Council (the "WCC") and Everyone Active using photographs and/or video recordings of me taken during the UITC Tournament, including organisations authorised on behalf of the WCC for the purposes externally promoting the event. These images could be used in any media (existing or later created or made available) including print and digital media formats such as print publications, prospectuses, brochures, websites, e-marketing, posters, banners, advertising, film, social media and research purposes.
