2025/26 Upcoming competitions

During this academic year 2025/26 Westminster-based Schools can participate in over 50 different competitions in sports ranging from athletics through to football. We now have the Autumn/Winter Term ready.

Window to register for the Autumn/Winter terms for the new academic year for 2025/26 will open on Friday 5th September.

Primary Schools Autumn/Winter Term Calendar

  • 23rd September – Network Meeting, 12:00-3:00pm @ The Pavilion, Paddington Recreation Ground (Agenda to follow)
  • 2nd October – Year 3, 4, 5 & 6 Cross Country,10:00-12:00pm @ The Hub, Regents Park
  • 10th October – Year 5/6, Tag Rugby, 10:00-2:00pm @ Regents Park
  • 16th October – Year 3/4 Bees Netball Festival,10:00-2:00pm, Paddington Recreation Ground
  • 18th November – Year 5/6 Bees Netball, 10:00-2:00pm @ Paddington Recreation Ground
  • 2nd December – Year 5/6 3v3 Tournament, 10:00-2:00pm @ Westminster Academy School

Secondary Schools Autumn/Winter Term Calendar

  • 25th Sept – Year 9/10 Girls football, 10:00-2:00pm @ Paddington Recreation Ground
  • 2nd October – Year 7, 8, 9,10 Cross Country, 12:30-3:00pm @ Regents Park
  • 7th October – Year 8 Girls Football, 10:00-2:00pm @ Paddington Recreation Ground
  • 15th October – Year 7 Girls Football, 10:00-2:00pm @ Paddington Recreation Ground
  • 12th November – Boys Indoor Cricket, 12:00-3:00pm @ Lords Cricket Ground
  • 13th November – Girls Indoor Cricket, 12:00-3:00pm @ Lords Cricket Ground
  • 17th November – Year 9 Netball Tournament, 10:00-2:00pm @ Paddington Recreation Ground

We can broker quality services from partners in education, sport and physical activity to help develop and deliver a full PE and School Sport offer to Westminster schools. The team has the support of a dedicated Sports Development Officers and unlike commercial providers; there is no premium to cover the cost of overheads or profit margins.
