We just wanted to remind you about the Reverse Vending Machine at Paddington Recreation Ground.
Just to refresh your memory, following one of the Climate Assembly’s recommendations, the machine was installed with the aim to incentivise recycling.
For every correctly recycled single use bottle or aluminium can, North Paddington Youth Centre will receive 10p worth of funding. How great is that? You can do something good for the environment, whilst raising funds!
As of today Monday 5th February ActiveWestminster Network partners are invited to submit a proposal for funding support of up to £1000. This funding can be used to support a new or to upscale an existing health and wellbeing physical activity community project.
Submission Deadline: Sunday 3rd March 2024 at midnight
Project Delivery Timeframe: April 2024 – September 2024
Please note funding is subject to network partners and their projects meeting specific criteria as outlined on on our dedicated page on our website – you can find all the information you need here: Network Activity Project Funding
