This month we’re featuring  the testimonials of Step Up 2 Fitness

Step Up 2 Fitness  is a non profit community organisation 100% representative of the diverse community that aims to incorporate active lifestyle as a way of life, improve access to all sport ventures and much more.

These sessions take place at the Stowe Centre (W2):

  • Wednesday 12.30pm – 2.30pm
    Saturday 2pm – 4pm

Read about their experience and maybe you can give one of their sessions a go.

You have no idea how the sessions have changed my life, I have more energy, I think more positively, my family has noticed the change and are happy to see me smile more and complain less about my knees and back.

I tried other local classes but I am impressed about all the components of SU2F class, it covers everything. I am going to tell my friends about it, can I bring someone with me next?
