Time is almost up. Application for the ActiveWestminster’s Champions of the Future programme close tonight at midnight and this is your final opportunity to be recognised as one of Westminster’s rising sporting stars.
Make sure you take advantage of this amazing opportunity delivered to you by Westminster City Council, in partnership with Everyone Active and Kings College London.
Step in to your future
Champions of the Future isn’t just about funding, it’s a platform to elevate your sporting journey to the highest level.
Selected athletes will gain access to the support, recognition and development opportunities needed to push their performance further and unlock their potential.
You get access to:
- Funding support to help you train and compete at an elite level
- Access to mentoring and athlete development opportunities
- Official recognition as on of Westminster’s future sporting champions
Application criteria and process
To be considered for the programme applicants must:
- Live, study or work in Westminster
- Be registered with a National Governing Body affiliated club
and either:
- Be ranked in the top 20 at a regional competition in the current year (2024- 2025), or
- Be a member of a regional squad (age band to senior) with regional squad results in the current championship year (2024 – 2025).
The window for applications is now open until Friday 25th March 2026.
